I’m a Celebrity Trainer – My Easiest Workout Tips & a Star I Named After Her

A CELEBRITY fitness trainer has revealed a Real Housewife looked so good working out he named an exercise after her.

Fitness pro Isaac Boots may specialize in toning the bodies of big stars, but he also told The US Sun about the “easiest thing you can do” to get in shape.

A Broadway dancer and choreographer, as well as a personal trainer, Isaac Boots has worked with superstars in the entertainment industry.

Her clients include Gwyneth Paltrow, Kelly Ripa, Vanessa Hudgens, Ariana Grande, Priyanka Chopra, Hugh Jackman and Brooke Shields.

During the pandemic, Boots regularly did daily workouts on Instagram Live and raised more than $1.5 million for the No Kid Hungry charity.

His live streams have become so popular that notable Hollywood figures have joined.

One Bravo star in particular caught her eye.

“We named our side leg extension after Lisa Rinna because during our first fundraising livestream, she looked really good doing it,” he said.

Additionally, he nicknamed the side plank with wrists Lizzie Tisch “because she always said it was the hardest.”

But while these stars have indeed worked hard, Boots isn’t shy about finding easier ways to stay active.

He launched an exclusive activewear collection on September 8, Torchd Powered by Kilogear, which is designed to help you burn more calories and fat faster while getting toned.

Each pair of leggings, shorts, and top is designed with built-in weight pockets that can be purchased preloaded with small weights.

This can amplify results, target important muscle groups and activate them to work harder with each movement.

“The easiest thing you can do is use your workout and that’s the beauty of my partnership with Kilogear,” Boots told The US Sun.

He said the eight pieces burn up to 40% more calories throughout the day when used.

When combined with his high-performance fitness equipment, he promised you’ll get the most bang for your buck by putting in less effort and still seeing results.

“Adding small training movements while wearing pieces from the collection will also yield even more results,” he added.

Boots has shared some exclusive workout tips that work just as well with or without its brand whether you don’t want to go to the gym or prefer to work out at home.

He recommended upper- and lower-body exercises using weighted bands on the arms or legs, $40, or weighted butt-lifting leggings, $130.

Boots stated that leg lifts and circular rotations will tone, activate and target core muscles with the weights added to the equipment.

He also emphasized the importance of movement in everyday life.

I’m a firm believer in staying on the move as much as possible, and the easiest thing you can do is walk,” he said,

“If you’re having dinner with friends, reserve a place where you can walk easily.”

If you’re interested in another, slightly more intense exercise, Boots recommended a “simple series of circles and arm turns.”

“You can do this standing or on your knees,” he said. “Engage your core. Put on music with a good beat.

“I love anything, Madonna, and go as far as you can without dropping your arms.

The sought-after trainer uses these same techniques when working with his celebrity clients.

When he works with a star, they often have limited time and need to exercise, so he often warms up with a series of arm stacks that activate his entire body.

“After going through a few variations, we got into a series of planks that included touching the shoulders and hips and knee opposite the elbow,” he explained.

From there, the class drops into a forearm plank and does some side hip and pulsating side planks, right and left.

“I think the plank series is the hardest because you stand and move from center to right and left and depending on who I’m working with, the series can take longer and longer,” admitted Boots.

Then he likes to do some arms, targeting different parts of the shoulders.

Then he focuses on pulsing and moving his legs at all angles, keeping the focus on his core and glutes.

“After we do both sides, we do a series of abdominals that includes some crunches, hip thrusts, and core thrusts,” he continued.

For a little break, he adds dance-based cardio between each section to increase your heart rate and maintain ongoing energy, so the entire workout feels like a dance.
